Contract Administrator – 8‑Week Contract, Immediate Start

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a leading commercial fit‑out and refurbishment contractor operating in the CBD. This is an 8‑week contract position with a strong possibility of extension for the right candidate, offering immediate involvement in high‑performing project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer subcontract packages and supplier agreements.
• Process and assess subcontractor progress claims.
• Manage variations, contract documentation, and procurement support.
• Track costs, assist with reporting, and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain project documentation and records using Procore.
• Handle contract correspondence and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry.
• Exposure to commercial fit‑out and refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of subcontract administration and commercial processes.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced project environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑sufficient approach to project delivery.
