Construction Administration Officer (Part‑time)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive part‑time Construction Administration Officer to join Little Constructions in Geelong. Working 9 am‑3 pm, Monday‑Thursday, you will be the administrative engine room that keeps our residential building projects running smoothly from pre‑construction through to site delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with planning permit applications and council correspondence, including PSI, reports, consents and property reports.
- Prepare and coordinate building permit applications, track conditions, timelines and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records, documentation and quality‑assured plans, engineering specifications and purchase orders.
- Support the site team by following up orders, liaising with contractors, booking inspections and managing related paperwork.
- Identify and resolve administrative bottlenecks, and continuously improve internal systems, registers and workflow.
Required profile
- Prior experience in the Victorian building and construction industry is essential.
- Not a junior role – we need a self‑starter who thrives in a fast‑paced construction environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
