Commercial Litigation Lawyer (1-4 yrs experience)

About the role

Join a highly‑regarded disputes team in Sydney and work closely with senior partners who specialise in competition and consumer law, regulatory investigations, commercial litigation and large‑scale disputes. You will be involved in high‑profile matters across the Corporations Act, Competition and Consumer Act, Australian Consumer Law and complex commercial and shareholder disputes.

Key responsibilities

• Handle regulatory litigation, commissions of inquiry, white‑collar crime matters and class actions.
• Provide counsel on complex commercial and shareholder disputes.
• Engage with key regulators such as ASIC and the ACCC.
• Collaborate with experts in competition, consumer law and large‑scale dispute resolution.

Required profile

• 1 to 4 years post‑admission experience in a reputable disputes practice.
• Strong academic background and a keen interest in commercial litigation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and collaborative interpersonal abilities.
