Club Experience Officer – South Pacific & Philippines

About the role

The Club Experience Officer supports and strengthens the club experience across the South Pacific and Philippines region. Reporting to the Supervisor of Membership Growth & Experience Asia Pacific, you will act as the primary liaison for district governors, assistant governors, and club presidents, helping to drive member engagement and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clubs, districts, and regional leaders, providing guidance on governance, policy, and culture.
• Collaborate with Rotary International directors and senior leaders to implement club and district development strategies.
• Train, mentor, and manage volunteers at zone, district, and club levels, delivering innovative resources to enhance the club experience.
• Support leadership development initiatives and contribute to strategic priorities that expand Rotary’s reach.

Required profile

• College degree (any discipline).
• Minimum three years of experience in member associations, volunteer management, development, or related fields such as sales/marketing, public relations, or non‑profit management.
• Prior experience with Rotary or volunteer management is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with personal computers and database applications.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
