Clinical Pharmacist

About the role

Ramsay Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Pharmacist to join the Ramsay Clinic Adelaide team on a part‑time basis (Thursdays and Fridays). You will deliver high‑quality pharmacy services and provide patient‑centred care, focusing on medication safety and optimisation of medication management.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately using the clinic’s dispensing software.
• Support medication safety initiatives and optimise medication regimens for patients.
• Provide counselling and education to patients on their prescribed therapies.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with AHPRA standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a friendly, team‑oriented environment.
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is valued but not essential.

Required skills

• Proficiency with dispensing software.
• Strong computer literacy.
