Civil All‑Rounder – Construction & Transmission Projects

About the role

We are looking for experienced Civil All‑Rounders to join our Energy Hubs and Substations team on a large‑scale 330kV/500kV transmission project in New South Wales. The role involves supporting a variety of civil construction activities on a 14‑days‑on / 7‑days‑off roster, with transport provided from Sydney and DIDO arrangements for other NSW candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Support civil construction across HV substations and transmission infrastructure.
• Assist with rigging, lifting and material‑handling operations.
• Operate plant and equipment such as telehandlers, skid steers, excavators, forklifts and water carts.
• Assist with concrete pours, finishing, formwork and general civil works.
• Collaborate with civil, mechanical and electrical crews in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain high safety and housekeeping standards on site.
• Perform general labouring and site support duties as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in civil, construction, mining, energy or major projects.
• Valid Construction White Card.
• Ability to work on a remote site with a roster schedule.
