About the role

The Chief Executive Officer will lead the evaluation of AI agents, ensuring they understand complex organizational environments and operate effectively within enterprise workflows. This is a remote, contract position focused on shaping AI development for executive‑level automation.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and depth of AI agents in interpreting complex organizational contexts.
• Review and optimize enterprise workflows to guarantee AI integration aligns with corporate structures.
• Validate high‑impact use cases for executive‑level automation.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to refine logic and improve agent behavior.
• Work independently and asynchronously, providing insights that guide AI development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience, having scaled or led a company with at least 50 employees.
• Willingness to contribute anonymized data samples as part of the evaluation process.
