Join JD Sports as a Casual Sales Assistant on Pitt Street, where you will be the front‑line ambassador for one of the world’s leading sports fashion retailers. You’ll deliver exceptional, personalised service that turns shoppers into loyal brand advocates.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Develop and keep up‑to‑date product knowledge to advise customers.
• Provide one‑to‑one customer assistance and process sales transactions.
• Collaborate with management and the store team to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Support ad‑hoc tasks such as visual merchandising, store cleanliness and presentation.
• Escalate customer complaints to management when needed.
• Complete mandatory training on product, policy and procedures.

Required profile

• Previous customer‑service experience in retail, hospitality or a similar field.
• Passion for sports fashion and familiarity with key brands.
• Positive, can‑do attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
