Casual Customer Service & Sales Assistant – Castle Hill

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic casual Customer Service and Sales Assistant to join our Beacon Lighting store in Castle Hill. You will help customers choose the right lighting solutions while delivering a friendly, professional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and professional service to retail and trade customers.
• Promote and grow the Trade Loyalty Program and manage trade accounts.
• Develop strong product knowledge to guide customers to the best choices.
• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Support teammates to meet overall store goals.
• Maintain store presentation through merchandising and housekeeping tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers.
• Energetic, enthusiastic attitude and attention to detail.
