About the role
Gray Dawes Travel is seeking an experienced Business Travel Consultant to join its Australian team on a hybrid basis. The role supports corporate clients with end‑to‑end travel services, ensuring smooth itineraries and high‑touch customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client enquiries, process reservations and build traveller profiles.
- Research and secure the best travel deals for corporate customers.
- Process e‑tickets, travel documentation and provide visa, passport and vaccination guidance.
- Manage refunds, cancellations and any changes to itineraries.
- Work a flexible schedule that includes weekend hours (15‑30 hours per week).
Required profile
- Motivated individual with prior experience in business travel.
- Excellent telephone manner, strong verbal reasoning and attention to detail.
- Comfortable interacting with clients face‑to‑face.
- Available to work between 8 am and 6 pm on a rota basis.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS (or other global distribution systems).
