Building Designer / Architecture Graduate (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are a small residential design studio in Alderley seeking a Building Designer or Architecture Graduate to join our growing team. You will help create living spaces that positively impact residents, working from concept through to council approval on custom residential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concepts and carry projects through to council approval for custom residential builds.
• Produce design development and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and manage project documentation.
• Contribute to design thinking rather than performing pure drafting tasks.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Revit (non‑negotiable).
• Experience in a residential studio, preferably in Brisbane.
• Architecture degree, master’s or building designer qualification.
• Self‑directed, mature and ready to own the role.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Portfolio that demonstrates design thinking.
• Australian citizen or permanent resident, based in South East Queensland.
• Current driver’s licence.
