Brand Manager

About the role

The Brand Manager will drive the strategic direction and execution of high‑impact marketing campaigns for Red Bull Australia. Leveraging deep consumer insights, you will create innovative programs that attract new audiences, boost commercial growth and strengthen customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Brand, regional teams and International HQ to align local plans with global brand strategy.
• Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan, ensuring consistency with Red Bull’s premium positioning.
• Identify, negotiate and manage high‑value partnerships that deliver authentic brand integration.
• Coach internal teams on brand‑led problem solving and pitch ideas to customers and global stakeholders.
• Oversee significant marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI and disciplined allocation.
• Work closely with On‑ and Off‑Premise account teams to provide strategic recommendations that align business priorities with customer needs across grocery, convenience, on‑premise and emerging channels.
• Partner with Trade Marketing to design high‑impact retail activities that drive category leadership.
• Act as a catalyst for ideas between Marketing and Sales, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
