Associate Replenishment Planner

About the role

The Associate Replenishment Planner will act as a critical interface between PepsiCo ANZ, independent and wholesale customers, ensuring optimal on‑shelf availability through effective replenishment planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead supply planning and replenishment processes to achieve target service levels across customer networks.
• Manage distributor partner inventory to maximise DIFOT and stay within agreed monthly inventory dollar targets.
• Oversee daily ordering execution, flagging service risks and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues.
• Coordinate supply planning collaborations to provide optimal stock weight supporting customer sales.
• Own the supply‑chain role for impulse, wholesale and global customer accounts, delivering insights and improving cross‑functional workflows.
• Communicate key account allocations to major wholesalers (e.g., Big W, Kmart, CEXP, United).
• Lead supply and service communications with The Distributor Group (TDG) and SDP wholesaler partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in supply chain, preferably within FMCG.
• Resilient in high‑pressure environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving approach.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Solid understanding of inventory, demand planning and forecasting processes.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems for supply and demand planning.
• Basic knowledge of internal supplier functions in a retail/wholesale context.
