Assistant National Account Manager

About the role

Join Touch Biotechnology as an Assistant National Account Manager, providing day‑to‑day administrative and coordination support to the National Account Manager while gaining exposure to Australia’s leading retail and pharmacy accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with vendor onboarding, new product line setup, account creation and maintenance of customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate client and account information in CRM systems and internal platforms.
• Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns, retail media initiatives and in‑store activations.
• Coordinate with Category, Brand Marketing, Logistics and Finance teams to fulfil customer requirements.
• Respond to client enquiries promptly and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Manage Point‑of‑Sale materials and display requirements together with the Field Sales team.
• Monitor promotional execution, collect evidence from the sales field team and prepare regular performance reports.
• Assist with sales forecasting, promotional volume planning and analysis of market trends, customer feedback and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and dependable individual who enjoys a support‑focused role.
• Strong coordination and clear communication skills.
• Previous experience in a similar support or coordination capacity (as indicated in the posting).

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
