Architect/Designer – Sydney

About the role

We are looking for an Architect/Designer to join our growing Sydney team at Woolpert. Reporting to an experienced Associate, you will work on complex, large-scale, mission-critical projects such as data centres and specialised infrastructure, contributing to a portfolio that ranges from $400 k to over $3 billion.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver multi-phase projects while ensuring high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance.
• Produce and review detailed design documentation, drawings and 3‑D models.
• Provide construction support and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables and quality standards across all phases.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and construction documentation.
• Technical and construction expertise with a focus on design excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit (essential).
• Experience with rendering tools such as Enscape or Lumion.
• Competence in Photoshop for visualisation.
