Appointment Setter (Remote, Commission-Based)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our fast‑growing Australian company that focuses on intuition development, personal growth and holistic wellness. This fully remote, commission‑based position offers flexible hours and the chance to become a trusted face of the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations and outcomes in the company’s CRM.
• Follow established scripts and communication processes while adapting tone to each prospect.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment targets.
• Provide feedback on prospect responses to help refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience in appointment setting, sales, client outreach or a similar communication‑focused role.
• Fluent English – written and spoken.
• Strong interpersonal skills, high integrity and professionalism.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Comfortable representing a health, wellness and personal‑development brand.
• Australian‑based applicants preferred.
