About the role
We are seeking an engaging and driven Appointment Setter to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will make strategic outbound calls to qualified prospects across Australia and book quality appointments for our sales teams.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to qualified prospects to schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Conduct targeted market research to uncover new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in our CRM (Pipedrive).
- Complete follow‑up tasks, including reporting on call activity, appointments set, and outcomes.
Required profile
- Demonstrated cold‑calling experience in a B2B phone‑based setting.
- Confident phone manner with a drive to consistently meet KPIs.
- Passion for sales, self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex information and explain it clearly (financial acumen is a plus).
- Resilience, problem‑solving skills and ability to perform under pressure.
Required skills
- Experience using Pipedrive or similar CRM software.
