Analyst Developer

About the role

Allied Pumps is seeking an experienced Analyst Developer to join its Business Systems team in Canning Vale. You will work hands‑on across ERP, CRM, integrations, reporting and process‑improvement initiatives, helping to drive operational efficiency and enhance system capability.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for system and process improvement.
• Design, develop and maintain ERP, CRM and integrated business system solutions.
• Support ERP implementation and optimisation projects across finance, operations, manufacturing, supply chain, sales and service.
• Develop integrations, workflows, automation and reporting solutions.
• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and deliver fit‑for‑purpose outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining system integrity and performance.
• Assist with user training, documentation and system adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants and internal business leaders on digital transformation projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Analyst Developer, Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of business processes in operations, finance, projects or manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused mindset with solid analytical and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems.
• Integration development and workflow automation.
• Reporting and data visualisation (e.g., Power BI).
• Microsoft platforms, APIs, SQL and integration tools.
