About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented AI Trainer to evaluate and improve the performance of AI‑generated content. This remote contract position allows you to work flexibly between 10 and 40 hours per week while contributing directly to model refinement.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and critique the accuracy and relevance of AI‑generated outputs across multiple domains.
- Provide detailed, constructive feedback to guide model improvements.
- Analyze complex datasets to ensure outputs are clear, factually correct, and aligned with project goals.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and subtle nuances in AI responses using high‑level reading comprehension.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly in written and verbal formats.
- Simulate real‑life scenarios to assess model utility and effectiveness.
Required profile
- Native‑level English proficiency (C1/C2).
- Strong analytical thinking and high‑level reading comprehension.
- Keen eye for detail and ability to notice subtle distinctions.
- Capability to deliver clear, actionable feedback based on subject‑matter expertise.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills in a remote setting.
