AI Copilot Trainer (Microsoft Certified Trainer)

About the role

Koenig Solutions is seeking a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) specialized in AI Copilot technologies to deliver high‑quality corporate training programs worldwide. The role involves designing and delivering both online and classroom sessions that help clients adopt Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and related AI productivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver instructor‑led training sessions on Microsoft AI Copilot solutions to global audiences.
• Develop and maintain training materials, hands‑on labs, and assessments.
• Continuously update content to reflect the latest Microsoft AI advancements.
• Support internal knowledge‑sharing initiatives and engage with clients to ensure successful adoption.

Required profile

• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot and AI productivity solutions.
• MCT certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI and Microsoft technologies.
• Experience delivering online and classroom corporate trainings.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to customize training for diverse client requirements and handle global participants.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work in rotational shifts.
