Agentic Automation Engineer – Remote

About the role

Keeyu is looking for an Agentic Automation Engineer who constantly questions manual work and builds AI‑driven solutions to eliminate it. Working remotely but aligned with Australian business hours, you will own automation across testing, customer onboarding, and production reliability, turning repetitive tasks into self‑healing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain automated testing for front‑end portals, back‑end APIs, and AI agents, including validation of non‑deterministic behavior.
• Map the full customer onboarding journey, identify manual bottlenecks, and create scalable automation to remove human hand‑offs.
• Develop proactive observability, detection, and self‑healing automation to resolve recurring production issues before they impact users.

Required profile

• Deep curiosity about eliminating manual processes.
• Comfort building with AI agents, agentic workflows, and modern automation tooling.
• Background in programming or automation testing with a focus on robust, maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to overlap 4–5 hours with the Sydney team.
