Activity Instructor – Lake Macquarie

About the role

We are seeking energetic, outdoors‑focused individuals to join our team as Activity Instructors at Lake Macquarie. You will help deliver dynamic, professionally run outdoor education programs that inspire and challenge young people.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a variety of outdoor activities such as climbing, swinging, canoeing and abseiling.
• Ensure the safety and well‑being of all participants throughout each session.
• Assist with the day‑to‑day operation and upkeep of the camp facilities.
• Foster a fun, inclusive and supportive environment for campers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and reliable with a passion for the outdoors.
• Comfortable working with young people in a team setting.
• Willingness to learn new activity skills and safety procedures.
